The Silent Auction

Our silent auction includes a selection of the city's finest clothing, jewellery, food, and wine, as well as a number of wonderful treats generously donated by local companies and individuals.

The Fine Print

• All auction sales are final and items are sold “as is.”
• Upgrades, extensions, exchanges, or returns are not permitted.
• Decisions of Victoria Hospitals Foundation staff are final.
• The Foundation makes every effort to properly describe the auction items and in no event shall be responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions made orally, at the auction, or elsewhere, nor shall there be deemed to be any warranty, representations, or assumptions of liability.
• Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance by the bidder of all rules and conditions set out in this program. The Foundation reserves the right to withdraw any auction items.
• Under Canada Revenue Agency guidelines, charitable receipts may be issued for an amount paid which exceeds the fair market value of an auction item, at your request.
