To ensure you receive a 2020 tax receipt as we approach the new year please see the following deadlines for different donation methods:
Online donations must be submitted through a donation form on our website before midnight on December 31, 2020.
Donations received by mail must be received by December 31, 2020 or must be post-marked indicating a date up to and including December 31, 2020.
Donations By Phone:
Donations received over the phone by must be received by December 30, 2020 as the office is closed December 31, 2020.
Stocks & Securities Donations:
For a gift of publicly traded stocks and securities to the Victoria Hospitals Foundation we strongly recommend your donation of shares form is submitted as soon as possible so enough time is required for back office processing for both your investment advisor and RBC PH&N. Forms can be emailed to Heather.Crow@viha.ca or faxed to 250-519-1751.
VHF Office Hours:
To help flatten the curve, Foundation staff are currently working from home. We are available via phone (250-519-1750) for donor enquiries during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, with the exception of the following dates when the Foundation office is closed:

Friday December 25
Monday December 28
Thursday December 31
Friday January 1
