To ensure you receive a 2022 tax receipt as we approach the New Year, please see the following deadlines for different donation methods:
Online Donations:
Online donations must be submitted through a donation form on our website before midnight on December 31, 2022.
Mail Donations:
Donations received by mail must be received by December 31, 2022 or must be post-marked indicating a date up to and including December 31, 2022.
Donations By Phone:
Donations received over the phone by must be received by December 30, 2022 as the VHF office is closed December 31, 2022.
Stocks & Securities Donations:
For a gift of publicly traded stocks and securities to the Victoria Hospitals Foundation we strongly recommend you begin the share transfer process no later than December 1, 2022 for sufficient processing time to receive a 2022 tax receipt. Forms can be emailed to Heather.Crow@islandhealth.ca or faxed to 250-519-1751.
