On-Site Valet Parking: Whether you plan to arrive at the Fairmont Empress or Victoria Conference Centre entrance, register for our complimentary valet parking service to ensure a spot is reserved just for you. Click here to reserve your valet parking spot.
Guest Arrival
Guests will enter Visions through the front Veranda of the hotel and into the Tea Lobby.
Arriving by Taxi: Please ask to be dropped off at the front of the hotel on Government Street.
Arriving by Car: Robbins Parking and the Fairmont Empress are kindly sponsoring complimentary day-of valet parking. Please arrive at the front of the hotel off Government Street and let the valet know you are with Visions. Note, complimentary valet is only available until midnight. Late arrivals, overnight stays, and self-parking will be subject to the standard rates.
Staying at the Empress: Please enter the event through the Tea Lobby. The VHF team will greet you at the entrances to the Tea Lobby.
Dress Code
Visions is an event like no other. We encourage you to dress your best in black tie attire.
