Volunteer at Visions 2026

Visions is Victoria’s premier black tie gala and the Victoria Hospitals Foundation’s largest fundraising event of the year! And we couldn’t make this event a success without the valued assistance of our community volunteers.

To volunteer at Visions, please complete the online form below.  We are also asking for you to review and confirm your agreement with the confidentiality statement and photo consent.  We hope to confirm your role by the end of October.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, November 21st, 2026
Location: The Fairmont Empress Hotel & Victoria Conference Centre (721 Government Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1W5)

Volunteer opportunities are available November 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st

• Work on November 18th and 19th will take place at the VHF Office in Wilson Block, Royal Jubilee Hospital
• Work on November 20th and 21st will be at the Fairmont Empress and Victoria Conference Centre

For the volunteers working the evening of November 21st

Orientation: You will be asked to attend an orientation session on Tuesday November 17th, 2026 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm.

This session will be hybrid with an in-person option at Royal Jubilee Hospital or online via Microsoft Teams.  The recorded version can also be distributed.

Dress Code: Black pants/skirt, white button-down dress shirt, and comfortable black shoes. Cummerbunds and bow ties will be provided.
