Visions is Victoria’s premier black tie gala and the Victoria Hospitals Foundation’s largest fundraising event of the year! And we couldn’t make this event a success without the valued assistance of our community volunteers.

Date: Saturday, November 22nd, 2025
Location: The Fairmont Empress Hotel & Victoria Conference Centre (721 Government Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1W5)

Volunteer opportunities are available November 10th, 13th, 18th-23rd

• Work on November 10th-20th will take place at the VHF Office in Wilson Block, Royal Jubilee Hospital
• Work on the 21st-23rd will be at the Victoria Conference Center

Dress Code: (For the evening of the 22nd only) Black pants/skirt, white button-down dress shirt, and comfortable black shoes. Cummerbunds and bow ties will be provided.

Volunteers for the evening of November 22nd will be asked to attend an orientation session on Tuesday November 18th, 2025 from 5:00pm – 6:30pm. This session will be hybrid with an in-person option at Royal Jubilee Hospital or online with Zoom.
