The Cause
Visions has a long legacy of transforming care on Vancouver Island. Over the past two years, the gala has raised over $6.3 million, funding the Island’s first surgical robotics program; the results are immediate and measurable.
Since the first da Vinci surgical robot became operational in February 2025, more than 525 robotic surgeries have been completed, with 74% of patients being discharged within 24 hours – dramatically improving recovery times and outcomes.
Last November, we came together to fund a second da Vinci surgical robot and introduce Vancouver Island’s first neurosurgery robot, placing Victoria among a select group of centres in Canada offering this advanced level of care.
In 2026, we will go even further, and it wouldn’t be possible without our sponsors.

Tickets to the Gala
As a Bronze Sponsor you have 1 ticket to the event. Please feel free to download and share the attached digital invite with your guests. Once you have your guestlist confirmed, download the below template and fill in all required fields. Email this to Visions@islandhealth.ca by October 22.

Accommodation
The Fairmont Empress is providing Visions guests and sponsors with a preferred rate starting at $339 for stays during Visions weekend (Nov 21-22). As the hotel is undergoing renovations, they will have reduced capacity so we encourage you to book early. Please click here to learn more and book.
Transportation
LA Limousines & Transportation have generously provided Visions sponsors with a 20% discount code to book car service for guest transportation needs on November 21st. Please use code 20VHF2026.

Get in our Gift Bags
We will be providing a gift bag for each guest. If you wish to provide a branded item or gift on behalf of your organization to be included in the gift bag, please let Lindsay Booth know (Lindsay.Booth@islandhealth.ca). Note that the number of items required is 650, and they need to be shipped to the following address by October 22.

Auction
Visions hosts a fabulous silent auction open to all 640 guests. For more information on how you can donate an item to receive additional exposure, please reach out to Visions@islandhealth.ca.
Payment Information
You should have already received an invoice for your sponsorship with instructions for payment. If you require this, please contact Lindsay at Lindsay.Booth@islandhealth.ca. Payment should be received by October 22.

Sponsorship Agreement
You should have already received an agreement outlining all of the benefits within your sponsorship. Please ensure you send a signed copy back to Lindsay at Lindsay.Booth@islandhealth.ca before October 22.
