Bringing Your Brand to Life at Visions
We look forward to showcasing your support leading into and during the event. Please ensure you send all of the following deliverables to Lindsay Gaudette (Lindsay.Gaudette@islandhealth.ca) before October 22:
- Logo (high res)
- Company recognition name (how you would like to be referred to in speaking notes and in mentions)
- Social media handles (if applicable)
- Company website
- Advertisement for pre-event mailer
- Specs: 5.5″ x 8.5″ (full page ad)
Visions Sponsor Welcome Video
As leadership sponsors of this event, we look forward to highlighting your support in the Visions welcome video that will play at the start of the formal program.
Filming location and date to be confirmed (in Victoria). Our team will reach out with available timeslots for you to select from.
Sponsor Brunch
As a Diamond Sponsor, you have 4 spots to attend the exclusive Sponsorship Brunch & Tour, where you will get a behind-the-scenes look at the impact that this year’s gala will have. Details are below. Please feel free to download and share this invitation with your 4 guests.

Tickets to the Gala
As a Diamond Sponsor you have 20 tickets (2 tables) to the event. Please feel free to download and share the attached digital invite with your guests. Once you have your guestlist confirmed, download the below template and fill in all required fields. Email this to Lindsay.Gaudette@islandhealth.ca by October 22.

Invitation to Physician’s Reception
Prior to the start of the formal program, there is an exclusive Physician’s Reception beginning at 5PM. As a Diamond Sponsor, you have two tickets to attend this Reception.
Please provide the names of your two guests who will be attending the Physician’s Reception. There is no physical ticket needed. Please download this invitation to share with your two guests.

Accommodation
You will receive 2 Fairmont Gold hotel rooms for the evening of the gala (November 22). Please provide the first and last names for the reservations.

If you wish to book any additional rooms, the Fairmont Empress is offering a discounted rate for Visions guests. Please click here to learn more and book.
Transportation
Your Diamond sponsorship includes transportation for up to 10 people to and from the gala, courtesy of LA Limos. Please contact Lindsay.Gaudette@islandhealth.ca for your booking code.
If any of your other guests would like to book car service, they can receive 20% off with the code 20VHF2025.

Get in our Gift Bags
We will be providing a gift bag for each guest. If you wish to provide a branded item or gift on behalf of your organization to be included in the gift bag, please let Lindsay Gaudette know (Lindsay.Gaudette@islandhealth.ca). Note that the number of items required is 620, and they need to be shipped to the following address by October 22.

Celebrating Your Support
Our team will send a gift basket to your office post-event. Please share the best physical address and point of contact to receive this delivery (estimated delivery to be November 26 or 27).

Auction
Visions hosts a fabulous silent auction open to all 620 guests. For more information on how you can donate an item to receive additional exposure, please reach out to VisionsGala@islandhealth.ca.
Payment Information
You should have already received an invoice for your sponsorship with instructions for payment. If you require this, please contact Lindsay at Lindsay.Gaudette@islandhealth.ca. Payment should be received by October 22.

Sponsorship Agreement
You should have already received an agreement outlining all of the benefits within your sponsorship. Please ensure you send a signed copy back to Lindsay at Lindsay.Gaudette@islandhealth.ca before October 22.
