The Cause
Visions has a long legacy of transforming care on Vancouver Island. Over the past two years, the gala has raised over $6.3 million, funding the Island’s first surgical robotics program; the results are immediate and measurable.
Since the first da Vinci surgical robot became operational in February 2025, more than 525 robotic surgeries have been completed, with 74% of patients being discharged within 24 hours – dramatically improving recovery times and outcomes.
Last November, we came together to fund a second da Vinci surgical robot and introduce Vancouver Island’s first neurosurgery robot, placing Victoria among a select group of centres in Canada offering this advanced level of care.
In 2026, we will go even further, and it wouldn’t be possible without our sponsors.

Tickets to the Gala
As a Platinum Sponsor you have 10 tickets (1 table) to the event. Please feel free to download and share the attached digital invite with your guests. Once you have your guestlist confirmed, download the below template and fill in all required fields. Email this to Visions@islandhealth.ca by October 22.

Invitation to Physicians’ Reception
Prior to the start of the formal program, there is an exclusive Physicians’ Reception beginning at 5PM. As a Platinum Sponsor, you have two tickets to attend this Reception.
Please provide the names of your two guests who will be attending the Physicians’ Reception. There is no physical ticket needed. Please download this invitation to share with your two guests. Let us know who you plan to send below:
Accommodation
You will receive 1 Fairmont Gold hotel rooms for the evening of the gala (November 21). As the hotel is undergoing renovations, they will have reduced capacity and we encourage you to book now. Please provide the first and last names of your chosen guests for the reservations.
If you wish to book any additional rooms, the Fairmont Empress is offering a discounted rate starting at $339 for Visions guests. Please click here to learn more and book.
Transportation
Your Platinum sponsorship includes transportation for up to 10 people to and from the gala, courtesy of LA Limos. Please contact Lindsay.Booth@islandhealth.ca for your booking code.
If any of your other guests would like to book car service, they can receive 20% off with the code 20VHF2026.

Get in our Gift Bags
We will be providing a gift bag for each guest. If you wish to provide a branded item or gift on behalf of your organization to be included in the gift bag, please let Lindsay Booth know (Lindsay.Booth@islandhealth.ca). Note that the number of items required is 650, and they need to be shipped to the following address by October 22.

Celebrating Your Support
Our team will send a gift basket to your office post-event. Please share the best physical address and point of contact to receive this delivery (estimated delivery to be November 26 or 27).

Auction
Visions hosts a fabulous silent auction open to all 640 guests. For more information on how you can donate an item to receive additional exposure, please reach out to Visions@islandhealth.ca.
Payment Information
You should have already received an invoice for your sponsorship with instructions for payment. If you require this, please contact Lindsay at Lindsay.Booth@islandhealth.ca. Payment should be received by October 22.
