Recognizing our donors publicly on our donor walls is one of the ways we express our sincere gratitude to the people in our community who champion our cause, and to inspire the community to share in their giving. The Victoria Hospitals Foundation has three donor walls: one donor wall at Royal Jubilee Hospital and one at Victoria General Hospital, and a campaign-specific donor wall in the Royal Jubilee Patient Care Centre that recognizes donors to the Building Care Together campaign.

A true testament to your incredible generosity, our donor walls at Royal Jubilee and Victoria General hospitals have run out of space. For the first time in 20 years, the Foundation is updating its donor walls, with two new categories for cumulative giving of $2.5+ million and $5+ million.
New 2021 cumulative gift levels are as follows:

- Philanthropist $2,500,000 – $4,999,999
- Visionary $5,000,000+
Q: When do these new cumulative giving levels start?
A: These new cumulative giving levels will be showcased on our redesigned donor walls, set to be unveiled in 2021. Lifetime giving up to December 31, 2020 will be captured on the new walls.
Q: I’m currently on the donor wall as a Leader but my giving is not yet $20,000. Will I be removed?
A: All donors currently on the wall will be included on the new walls.
Each year, we publish the names of all donors who have generously given $20,000 or more in the last twelve months in our annual report. This special Timeline of Philanthropy highlights the members of our community who are making a difference in the lives of our caregivers, and our patients.
