The below information and resources will ensure that both our teams are prepared for what is sure to be the best Miracle Gala yet.

We look forward to showcasing your support leading into and during the event. Please ensure you send all of the following deliverables to Rachel Lee (Rachel.Lee2@islandhealth.ca) before April 24th, 2025:

  • Logo (high res)
  • Company recognition name (how you would like to be referred to in speaking notes and in mentions)
  • Social media handles (if applicable)

  • Advertisement for pre-event mailer
    • Specs – full page ad: 5.5″ W x 8.5″ H plus 0.25″ bleed – png file preferred

As a Miracle Maker Sponsor, you have 10 tickets (1 table) to the event. Please feel free to download and share the attached digital invite with your guests. Once you have your guestlist confirmed, download the below template and fill in all required fields. Please email this information to MiracleGala@islandhealth.ca by April 24th, 2025.

As a Miracle Maker sponsor, you will receive complimentary car service, courtesy of LA Limos and Transportation, to and from the event. Use booking code XX to redeem by XX Date.

Additional transportation options are as follows:

  1. Complimentary Valet Service: for those driving to the venue, we are pleased to provide complimentary valet service. For those driving, please enjoy your evening responsibly. Do not drink and drive.
  2. Car Service Discount: thanks to our friends at LA Limos, guests wishing to book car service to/from the event can take advantage of a 20% discount using code XXX
  3. Other Options: Taxis and Uber are great options for guests who wish to enjoy a few beverages. Please enjoy responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home.

The formal portion of our gala will conclude with an inspirational pledge drive. All donations made during the pledge drive will appear on screen, allowing us to recognize and celebrate the incredible generosity of our community. We will provide you with a Company Bidder Card that you can raise in the room if you wish to make a donation on behalf of your organization. Please contact MiracleGala@islandhealth.ca if you have any questions about this.

We will be providing a gift bag for each guest. If you wish to provide a branded item or gift on behalf of your organization to be included in the gift bag, please let us know at MiracleGala@islandhealth.ca. Note that the number of items required is 270, and they need to be shipped to the following address by April 24th, 2025.

We want your whole team to feel part of the goodness you enabled at the gala, whether they were able to attend or not. To ensure they are included in the celebrations, we look forward to sending a gift basket to your office following the event that you can share. Please provide the best physical address and point of contact to receive this delivery (estimated delivery to be between May 28-30).

Our Miracle Gala hosts both a live and silent auction open to all our guests. For more information on how you can donate an item to receive additional exposure, please reach out to Barbara.West@islandhealth.ca.

Invoices with instruction for payment will be sent on April 1st and are due by May 15th.

Sponsorship agreements will be shared with our main point of contact at your organization. If you require another copy, please reach out to MiracleGala@islandhealth.ca. This agreement will outline all of the sponsorship benefits that have been listed above, along with payment terms and other important information. Please ensure you send a signed copy back to MiracleGala@IslandHealth.ca before April 24th, 2025.
